Pick Pickler!

I am unashamedly a fan of American Idol. How can you not be? Especially this year when they have such cute contestants on like Kellie Pickler. If you havn't been watching, why not?, and to fill you in, she is a really sweet southern girl whose mom abandoned her when she was a baby, and whose dad has been in and out of prison her whole life. She lives with her grandfather, and this is her dream. She is good too! It was so cute last night when the judges told her she had made it through to the next round. She cried, and they kept telling her how much she deserved it. And she does. Another person I think deserves it is Paris Bennett. Her grandmother is a famous singer, and boy did this girl inherit the gift. Her singing is mesmorizing. Another girl I am rooting for is Katharine McPhee. Her mom is a voice teacher, so you know this girl knows her stuff, and she is also very sweet.

As far as guys go, I like Will Makar, who in his picture on the website looks like Ben Savage from the Wonder Years (I was looking at the website to make sure I had their names right). I am also a fan of Elliot Yamin's voice, even though he does not look like your typical American Idol. Another person who doesn't look like your typical American Idol is Kevin Covais. He's cute, but he doesn't have the vocal ability in my opinion.

Okay, so it is pretty cheesy that my first post in almost a month is about American Idol, but oh well. It was on my mind for some reason.

Okay, I must get back to filling out my internship application (Ugh!)
